Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using wildtimber.ca (the "Site"), operated by Wild Timber Industries ("Wild Timber," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Use of this website
This Site is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate project inquiries. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or any systems connected to it.
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, spiders) to collect content without our written permission.
- Transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

Submitting a quote request through the Site does not create a contract, binding agreement, or commercial relationship between you and Wild Timber Industries. Any project engagement is subject to a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and layout — is the property of Wild Timber Industries or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on this Site current and accurate. However, we make no warranty — express or implied — as to the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of any information, service, or graphic on the Site. Service descriptions, pricing indications, and availability are subject to change and do not constitute a binding offer.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (for example, Google Fonts, Netlify). These links are provided for convenience only. Wild Timber Industries has no control over the content or practices of third-party sites and accepts no responsibility for them. Accessing any linked site is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wild Timber Industries and its principals, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — this Site or any content on it, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100).
